Update: we are going pescatarian!

I have long leaned toward the vegetarian end of cooking and eating. Many of my recipes involve just a bit of meat for flavor, and to appease my meat-eating husband. Recently, out of the blue, and much to my surprise, my meat-loving husband told me he wanted to stop eating meat! We've decided to go pescatarian (no meat, but occasional seafood, eggs, and dairy products) for ethical, environmental, and health reasons. Plus, this is an exciting new cooking project! I get to develop new recipes, convert old ones, and revisit many of my existing vegetarian recipes. I already have 74 on this blog!
