Buffalo cauliflower pizza

Buffalo cauliflower pizza

If you're looking for a bold twist on pizza night, this recipe brings the heat with roasted cauliflower tossed in Frank’s Red Hot, melty mozzarella, and tangy blue cheese.

Perfect for pescatarians, vegetarians, or anyone who loves a spicy slice!

Buffalo chicken and blue cheese are a classic combination, and since going pescatarian, I've been making buffalo cauliflower! I decided to toss these components on a pizza one night and it was really satisfying!

Here's a loose recipe:

Preheat oven to 475.

Toss 1 lb cauliflower florets with 3 T Frank's Red Hot sauce and 1 T melted butter or oil. While oven is preheating, roast cauliflower on sheet pan, until slightly browned, about 10-15 minutes.

Roll out a ball of store-bought pizza dough according to package instructions and place in pan of choice. I used a large sheet pan for a thin crust pizza.

Spread about a 1/4 cup tomato sauce on top. Sprinkle 1 t garlic powder and about 2 T Frank's Red Hot.

Top with mozzarella cheese, 1 sliced red bell pepper, and a handful or two of blue cheese

Bake according to package instructions.

Top with more blue cheese, hot sauce, and dip in ranch dressing if desired.
